In 2004 Sember Ardens Christmas Ale was chosen as the Best Beer News by the "Danske Ølentusiaster". It is a spicy and rich Christmas beer with many complex notes of caramel and roasted nuts and a light titratable acidity. The scent comes from ripe fruit, liquorice and Christmas spices.
